Returns & Refunds
- Kindly note that once payment has been made, cancellation or exchanging of items are not allowed
- We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products. We provide detailed descriptions of our products on our website and hope customers are able to make a decision prior to purchasing them. We can be reached at yindi.naturals@outlook.com, Facebook PM or Instagram DM if you have any queries on the products or need advice from our clinical team about the suitability of our products for your individual skin requirements.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You may reach out to us via Facebook PM, Instagram DM or email us at yindi.naturals@outlook.com with your order number and a picture of:
- the product(s) as close to the condition they are received
- the batch number sticker(s) at the bottom/ side of the bottles
Approved Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Safety & Product Variations
Please ensure a patch test is done on your skin to identify potential allergies to specific ingredients. Should any skin irritation occur, please stop using the product immediately and seek medical attention.
Small variations in colour, texture or scent are common between different batches as our products are made using natural ingredients in small batches to ensure freshness and high product quality.
14-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
DELIVERY
Domestic (Malaysia)
- Orders will be processed in the first 48 hours of being placed unless individually contacted by our team for any other unexpected delays
- Peninsular Malaysia - Orders take up to 2-5 business days to arrive upon assignment of tracking number
- East Malaysia - Orders take up to 2-7 business days to arrive upon assignment of tracking number
- There may be shipment delays due to courier partners during festive/holiday season, nationwide promo sales, unexpected natural disasters
- RM 6.50 Flat fee for Peninsular Malaysia
- RM 9 Flat fee for East Malaysia
